“I don't know. I thought I was just living with people who were helping me when I didn't have anywhere else to go. We all help each other, so I didn't think there was anything wrong with it.”
-
Raven: “I’m not sure. They took care of me when I didn't have any money, so I feel like I should help out. Everyone contributes because we're all trying to get by. I just wish I could keep a little more of my money so I could save for my own place.”

Raven: “Maybe. I didn't think of it that way. They did help me when I had nothing, and I don't want to be ungrateful. But I don't feel like I can say no. I want to save enough money to get my own place, but when I said I needed to keep more of my pay, they said I couldn't stay there if I wasn't going to contribute. I don't know where I'd go if they kicked me out.”
